KWAHS Pirate and Fossil ArtCamps

Sand sculptor Marianne van den Broek and assistant instructor Lilly Magidson, second and third from left, led Key West Art & Historical Society Fossil Camp students Parker Curry (10), Maddie Bock (12), Jaden Most (11), Elsie Warwick (10), and Taylor Gibson (9) in a Fossil Camp adventure at Fort East Martello, June 12-16, during which the group created and buried a clay triceratops skull and partial skeleton. Students attending the June 19-23 Sand Sculpting Camp will have the opportunity to discover and excavate the hidden remains.  For more information on KWAHS summer ArtCamp! and TeenCamp sessions, visit kwahs.org/education/artcamp-2017.
